All of our listed properties undergo touch-less Electrostatic Disinfection and Sanitizing prior to tenants taking position of property at no extra cost to landlord or tenants.
Maintenance
We have referrals network of reliable professional independent contractors that give the property quality work at reasonable prices, a quick turnaround and the work done right. Residents can easily make a maintenance request through our website, where they will receive an emailed confirmation as well as a follow up notifications regarding scheduling and estimated time of completion. In addition, they can always call our office during business hours or call our 24 hour emergency line for off hour emergencies. We work evenings and weekends, and holidays, to handle your tenant’s needs.
Property Inspection
We walk the property inside and outside prior to it being rented and make sure that everything is in working order and there is no present damage. Not only that, but we regularly walk the property after it being rented and use these visits to meet face to face with tenants to perform annual / semiannual inspections and check with tenants for any issues or potential problems and coordinate repairs with vendors if needed and do preventive maintenance suggestions to keep your home looking great.
Book Keeping
Valya accounting system is capable of providing all the properties accounting needs. Rents are meticulously recorded and all requested expenses are paid in a timely fashion. Valya Properties accounting staff is always available to answer clients’ questions about the status of their property.
